Joe is an American business leader and the founder of Dreamscope, where he advises fast-growing companies on AI implementation and operations.
He has nearly 20 years of experience running teams, including the past nine years scaling operations and culture across Vietnam. At Pizza 4P’s, he built Culture & L&D from the ground up across 40+ locations, 3,700 people, and five countries. He later served as interim COO at Seller Candy, where during his 1.5-year tenure the team grew 10x and revenue grew 6x.
The pattern is always the same: find the work that needs deep judgment, document what the experts actually do, then train AI to do that work at scale, with verification loops engineered in so it catches itself before you have to.
Joe’s work is grounded in a simple belief he discovered early in his career: when people love what they do, companies perform better and people live better lives. Through Dreamscope, he aims to positively impact 100,000 lives by 2030.

Shiv Chatterjee is the General Director of KFC Vietnam and a seasoned consumer business leader with over two decades of experience across retail, foodservice, and global brand management. He currently leads KFC Vietnam through one of its most ambitious growth and transformation chapters - scaling the network across new formats, modernising operations, and embedding AI and data into the very fabric of the organisation.
As a non-technical leader, Shiv has championed a digital-first agenda, proving that you don’t need to be a technologist to build with AI. From designing AI-powered workflows that automate processes across large-scale operations to deploying data-driven decision-making in commercial and leadership contexts, he has positioned KFC Vietnam among the most technology-forward QSR operators in the region.
Prior to KFC Vietnam, Shiv spent more than a decade at Bata Group in senior leadership roles, including Country Manager for Bata Vietnam and Global Brand Manager for Power Footwear. His track record includes driving double- and triple-digit growth across markets, spearheading global campaigns, and transforming consumer businesses through innovation and execution excellence.
