About She Loves Data
She Loves Data is a global non-profit movement that makes AI, data, and leadership learning accessible to women and minorities. Through free workshops, mentoring, career support and community events, we help people develop practical skills and gain the confidence to progress in their professional journeys.
Role Overview
We are looking for committed and proactive volunteer to support the operational side of our community events across chapters. This is a hands-on role focused on event registrations, coordination of event links, digital badges, and basic evaluation processes. It offers valuable exposure to event operations, digital tools, and collaboration with internal teams and external contributors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage event registrations in Eventbrite and Zoom, ensuring accurate setup and smooth participant flow
Support live online events by helping with final setup and checks
Set up and manage assessments using Classmarker (e.g., test creation, evaluation support)
Prepare and issue digital certificates to event participants
What We’re Looking For
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Comfortable working across tools like Google Suite, Eventbrite, Zoom, Classmarker, CertifyMe, and messaging platforms
Commitment
Approx. 4–6 hours per week
Fully remote with flexible working hours
