An Inspiring Cheerleader: You have a natural ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team of volunteers, ensuring everyone feels a deep sense of belonging and has space to grow personally.
Passionate Advocate: You have a passion for technology and data, and you want to help women and underrepresented groups feel confident, capable, and welcome in the digital world.
Connector & Communicator: You enjoy building relationships, listening to the needs of the community, and collaborating across cultures.
Reliable & Purpose-Driven: You bring a high level of personal responsibility and commitment to the table, delivering quality experiences for the community.
🚀 Your mission:
As a Co-Lead, your energy will go toward cooperating with and supporting the local chapter's vibe and strategy:
Lifting up the SLD team: participating in recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring an amazing team of local volunteers, guiding them to thrive.
Building community: Listening to the local community's needs to build an exciting annual chapter plan filled with tech workshops, soft skills sessions, and networking meet-ups.
Expanding our group: Engaging with local speakers, instructors, and potential partners to bring fresh opportunities to our members.
Brand Champion: Embodying and representing the welcoming, inclusive, and forward-thinking values of the She Loves Data community.
⏰ Commitment & Logistics
Approximately 6 hours per week, it’s changing
Remote with flexible working hours
We expect a minimum one-year commitment to ensure continuity and stability for the community
