SPEAKERS
Catherine has dedicated over a decade to serving various non-profit organisations, driven by her belief in paying it forward. She co-founded the Women’s Wing within NUS Business School Alumni, recognising the need for empowerment and support. In her ongoing journey to better serve the community, Catherine embraced the role of a well-being facilitator for a 6-month community program.
In her professional life, Catherine’s work focuses on two areas – brands and people. She hopes to catalyse positive change as a brand strategist, team and executive coach, guiding leaders and organisations.
Catherine’s interests extend to writing, as evident in her book “From Bland to Brand: The Essential Branding Handbook for Asian Businesses,” published in 2016. This year marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter as she plans to write two more books and launch an online course, demonstrating her commitment to personal growth.
Her mission is simple—to be a “Vitamin C” for her community and her family.

Avid data and diversity advocate, Jana headed teams and country operations at Estee Lauder, Sybase, SAS and Socialbakers.
In 2015 she left the corporate career to start a data consultancy, soon followed by a Singapore based Customer Data Platform (CDP) tech start-up Meiro where she is the CEO. At the same time, Jana co-founded the non-profit global movement She Loves Data.
Since 2016 over 16,000 women have attended 200+ free data & tech workshops, certification programs, and webinars. She Loves Data has chapters in 17 countries on 5 continents.
She Loves Data received the 2019 “Diversity Initiative Award in Asia” by Women in IT.
In 2009 & 2010 Jana was named one of the “Top 25 business women” in the Czech Republic. She was also featured on the inaugural 2020 “Singapore 100 Women in Tech” list.
Jana is a volunteering mentor of non-commercial projects for future female leaders My Odyssey & Women in Business (National University of Singapore) and she collaborates with the European Women on Boards on the C-level program. As someone with a passion for uncharted territories Jana circumnavigated the world on a 38ft sailboat between 2003-2005.

Nithya Karthikeyan is the Leadership Development Director at Young Women’s Leadership Connection (YWLC), a volunteer-run organisation operating on a not-for-profit basis, aimed at supporting and nurturing young women aged 21-35 in Singapore in their personal & professional lives through mentorship, leadership development, social impact and networking. She leads a team of dedicated volunteers to organise practical workshops, masterclasses and panel discussions to nurture leadership potential in the YWLC community. In addition to this, Nithya works as a Product Manager with a beauty retailer – she is passionate about using technology to advance the future of commerce.

JENNIFER BELISSENT, Principal Strategist, Snowflake
Jennifer Belissent recently joined Snowflake as Principal Data Strategist. Jennifer spent the past 12 years at Forrester Research as an internationally recognized expert in data leadership and literacy; best practices in building CoEs; data sharing and the data economy; and data-for-good with applications to climate science, humanitarian assistance, and effective government. Jennifer is widely published and a frequent speaker at business, academic and government events.
Previously, Jennifer held management positions in the Silicon Valley, designed urban policy programs and advised governments in Eastern Europe and Russia, and taught math as a Peace Corps volunteer in Central Africa. Jennifer earned a Ph.D. and an M.A. in political science from Stanford University and a B.A. in econometrics from the University of Virginia. She currently lives in the French Alps, and is an avid alpinist and intrepid world traveler.

Fanly Tanto joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2022 and is currently Head of Enterprise at AWS Indonesia. She is passionate in working closely with customers and partners across Indonesian Enterprise as they innovate, scale and transform their businesses with AWS. Fanly carries two decades of experience in the IT industry being partner in transforming Enterprise into Digital Enterprise from various industries. Prior to this role, Fanly was Country Manager of Cloudera Indonesia. VIRA SHANTY, Co-Founder and Director, Frontera
Vira pioneered the big data division at OVO as their inaugural Chief Data Officer, overseeing a comprehensive data strategy and implementation. Her role centered on deriving actionable insights, unearthing new revenue streams, and spearheading product innovation through the strategic utilization of organizational data assets and advanced big data technologies. Before her tenure at OVO, Vira dedicated 20 years to Telkomsel, where she helmed the Data Analytics team and previously took on pivotal roles in IT Planning-Business Partnerships, CRM, Billing System, and Middleware implementation. She currently holds the position of CEO at Frontera, a consulting firm specializing in big data strategy and implementation.
