Hello, we are Meiro

In Meiro, through our product – a Customer Data Platform (CDP) – and thanks to years of our know-how, we solve the fragmentation of customer data for companies all over the world. CDP gives access to organized, clean, and stitched customer data from multiple data sources. The strength of CDP is its ability to integrate any data source in and out of CDP. The data are collected, consolidated, cleaned and ready to be used in other systems and tools.

Our headquarters is in Singapore with one part of our team. The rest of us are based between Brno and Prague. You could find our clients in Australia, Southeast Asia, Central Europe, or Scandinavia. 

Besides data, we are very good at creating communities. You might have heard about It’s Meiro’s nonprofit project which is teaching mostly women about data, digital marketing, engineering, and the world of new technologies. 

Our marketing team is looking for a marketing technologist who’d be interested in becoming an expert in managing CDP, playing with data, and coming up with smother ways to automate our activities.

📍 What can you expect from this position?

  • You will be part of an international team based in Prague and Singapore
  • A marketing technologist is taking care of our own brand and automation processes within the team and should understand the scaling of processes through automation
  • From time to time, being exposed to a business environment is necessary to help our clients with tech marketing use cases
  • You’d have the support of our great dev and analytic team to help you
  • Tech marketer will be taking care of analytics and reporting as well as personalization
  • One of the key parts of tech marketer’s  responsibility is also making sure our CRM is supercharged with data from the CDP which makes our sales team happy
  • Tech marketer is navigating Meiro throughout the digital media landscape in SE Asia

🔧 Your regular day might look like this

  • After replying to some Slack messages, you’d have a sync with your team to set priorities for the day/week
  • The project management tool we use is Zoho Project, where we keep everyone’s tasks
  • On daily basis, you’d check and optimize ads on social media
  • Your responsibility is CRM and lead generation process, which you need to keep an eye on
  • You will be working on the distribution of our content not just on SoMe, but also through our international partners

🔧 What do we expect from a marketing technologist?

  • Data-driven marketing is your mantra and Meiro is the place where you can learn everything about data in marketing
  • Understanding of Qualitative market research & Quant research practices
  • You should be confident in advertising on Facebook, Google, Linkedin, and Twitter
  • Fair knowledge of SEO, SEM, and community management
  • Website management and strategy. We don’t expect you to code it but we expect you to take our strategic touchpoints to the next level
  • At least 2-3 years of experience (agency or in-house) in running multi-channel/omnichannel campaigns leveraging paid and owned media
  • Having a track record of identifying and actioning customer insight in the B2B tech space
  • You would find countless nationalities in our team and you’ll communicate with them daily, so good English is a must
  • A huge plus is understanding of the media and entertainment, BFSI, e-commerce, and automotive industry marketing practices & Experience in events and PR
